Cook the rice pudding in the milk until soft. Mix the egg yolks with the butter and sugar until frothy. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix the egg foam mixture and the mandarins with the rice pudding, season with a little lemon juice and fold in the egg whites. Pour into a baking dish, cover with butter flakes and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Very tasty for the cold season and a nice alternative to a simple rice rice dish.
