Peel the mango and bananas, then place in a moulinette and puree, alternatively use a hand blender. Transfer a quarter of the mixture to another bowl. Divide a quarter into glasses or former glass tealights. Gently tap the countertop with the glass until the mixture is level. Add the quark to the remaining half and mix. Distribute this quark and fruit mixture between the glasses, tap a little. Now put the fruit mixture on top and decorate with grated chocolate and a mint leaf.
