Instructions

  1. Put the banana, the mango pulp, the yoghurt, the milk, the cinnamon powder and the ginger in a container and puree them finely with a cutting stick.
  2. Whip the whipped cream until it is half stiff.
  3. Pour the shake into two chilled glasses and serve sprinkled with the cream and a little cinnamon.
