Instructions

  1. Peel the mango with a peeler, cut the pulp from the stone, roughly chop it and put it in the blender.
  2. Peel the orange so that the white inner skin is also removed. Cut the fruit fillets directly into the blender with a sharp knife.
  3. Add the tea and sugar and mix everything well. Add 6 tablespoon crushed ice and mix everything again.
  4. Divide the smoothie between two glasses, add a tablespoon of cream yoghurt and decorate with the sprig of mint.
  5. P.S. Also tastes very tasty with papaya or with a mixture of both fruits.
