- Peel the mango with a peeler, cut the pulp from the stone, roughly chop it and put it in the blender.
- Peel the orange so that the white inner skin is also removed. Cut the fruit fillets directly into the blender with a sharp knife.
- Add the tea and sugar and mix everything well. Add 6 tablespoon crushed ice and mix everything again.
- Divide the smoothie between two glasses, add a tablespoon of cream yoghurt and decorate with the sprig of mint.
