Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, remove the core and cut into large cubes. Wash the cucumber and apple, core the apple, cut both with the skin into pieces. Peel and dice the ginger. Put everything in a blender or smoothie maker, add six tablespoons of natural yoghurt, about half a can of coconut milk, 2-3 splashes of lemon juice and two tablespoons of honey and puree everything for several minutes.
  2. The entire amount is enough for about three large glasses. The smoothie has a pleasant, light spiciness from the ginger. If you like it spicier, you can of course use more than 3 cm of ginger. There is also scope for honey (more / less, or swap for glucose). It`s a fairly thick smoothie. Add a little more coconut milk if necessary.
