An avocado, mango, passion fruit and banana salad tastes great in between meals, as a starter or as a healthy dessert. All you need is a ripe avocado, a ripe mango, 1-2 passion fruit, a banana, a good olive oil and crema di balsamic vinegar. As an alternative to normal olive oil, I can recommend olive oil with lemon or lime flavor. This gives the salad a fine, fruity note.
Peel the mango, banana and avocado and cut the flesh into fine strips. Arrange all the fruits on a plate. Drizzle with a mixture of lemon oil and balsamic cream (without salt or pepper), cut open the passion fruit and use a spoon to spread the contents over the salad.
