Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Halve the tomatoes and peel the cucumber as desired, then cut into slices and quarter.
  2. Cut the mango and avocado into cubes and add them as well. Quarter the dates and mix everything with the salad servers.
  3. Just before serving, add the mangolassi as a dressing.
