Instructions

  1. Dice the bell pepper and mango, halve the onion and cut into fine strips. Cut the chilli pepper into fine rings, chop the parsley and dice the avocado. Mix the bell pepper, mango, onion, chilli and parsley in a bowl, season with salt and the juice of the lime and carefully fold in the avocado.
