Instructions

  1. Mix the quark, yoghurt, linseed oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla and honey together. Cut the mango into small cubes and fold into the quark together with the wheat germ.
  2. Note: Wheat germ taste nutty and slightly sweet. You can easily pull them yourself from organic wheat grains. To do this, soak the wheat for 12 hours and then allow it to germinate for 3 days. Rinse the germs thoroughly twice a day. I prefer to use germination jars for germination.
  3. 6 tablespoons of wheat germ correspond to 3 tablespoons of wheat grains.
  4. The linseed oil makes the quark nice and creamy and is also very healthy, as it is rich in valuable omega-3 fatty acids.
