Instructions

  1. Halve the onion, cut into half rings and fry in the olive oil. Cut the peppers into strips, add to the pan with the onions and fry with them. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips or small pieces and add to the onions and peppers in the pan - continue to fry everything. Season with pepper and salt. Add the honey and fry until the water has evaporated and the chicken pieces turn lightly brown.
  2. In the meantime, peel the mangoes, cut the pulp from the stone and chop one mango into small cubes, puree the other two mangoes. When the chicken pieces are brown, add the mango cubes and the mango puree. Stir, let it get hot and then remove from the fire, season to taste and serve with rice.
  3. This dish can also be seasoned with curry or chili powder - amount to taste.
