Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Then scratch the surface with a knife. Chop the garlic into large pieces, place in a bowl with the soy sauce, honey and lime juice and stir.
  2. Put the chicken breast fillets in the marinade and let stand for about 30 minutes. Fry the fillets in oil in a hot pan for 10 minutes until crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, remove the mango from the core and cut the pulp into small pieces. At the end of the roasting time, add to the pan and fry for about 2 minutes. Serve with the chicken. This goes well with (wild) rice or a green salad.
