Instructions

  1. The mango with the lime juice, the grated zest and 4 tablespoon. Finely puree the powdered sugar. Mix the creme fraiche and whipped cream, sift in 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix in. Then carefully fold the mixture into the mango puree. Cover the ice in the freezer for about 5 hours, stirring well several times so that no ice crystals form.
