Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then add about 1 teaspoon of curry powder. Add the mango pieces and fry them.
  2. Deglaze with pineapple juice and heat for another 2 minutes (do not let it boil). Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let cool or serve warm.
