Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the stone, scoop out the pulp. Mix immediately with the lime juice so that it does not discolour. Mash with a fork.
  2. Peel the mango, cut from the stone, dice. Finely dice the onion. Halve the chilli pepper, remove the stones and white dividers, dice finely. Peel and grate the ginger.
  3. Add the mango, onion and chilli cubes to the avocado mousse, season with ginger, salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Fold in the coriander leaves before serving. Attention: These are not to everyone`s taste, maybe omit them!
  5. The mango guacamole can be supplemented with garlic and / or diced tomatoes.

  7. If the mango-guacamole is to be prepared early, it is essential to put it in a cool place, place one of the avocado stones in it and put a foil directly on the surface, this prevents it from discolouring.
