Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small pieces. Cut the skinned nectarine into small pieces as well. Pluck the mint into small pieces. Now mix the mango, nectarine, mint, honey, lemon juice and yoghurt with a hand blender or puree in a food processor. Put it in the ice cream maker for approx. 45 minutes and then enjoy or fill in ice cream molds and place in the freezer.
