Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt in a blender. Peel and core the mangoes, cut into cubes and add to the yoghurt. Add the lime juice, lime zest and sugar and puree everything until smooth. Fill into glasses and serve with a lime wedge on the rim.
  2. Depending on the size of the glasses, the amount is two to four. You can also add more powdered sugar if you like. The smoothie tastes best when the mangoes are chilled.
