Instructions

  1. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone and roughly chop. Cut open the melon and scrape out the stones. Remove the pulp from the skin and roughly chop it as well. Pass the fruit through a juicer.
  2. Stimulates the gray cells and gets the circulation going. It also stimulates the circulation and drives away tiredness in the morning.
