Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut into slices as much as possible. Then maybe cut them in half so that they are very large on the long side. Cut the mozzarella into slices as well.
  2. Now arrange alternately mozzarella and mango in a fan shape on a plate or a serving platter. Sprinkle with freshly ground chilli (depending on taste and desired heat) then sprinkle a little sugar on top. Finally, drizzle the lemon oil and a little vinegar over it.
  3. Let it stand for 30-60 minutes (but you can also eat it right away).
  4. Tastes heavenly and something completely different for a barbecue or an Italian evening.
