Instructions

  1. Cut the chilli into small pieces and mix with the zest of the lime. Squeeze the lime and stir in with a little oil.
  2. Chop the spring onions into small pieces. Peel the mango, remove the core and cut into cubes. Carefully remove the black kernels of the papaya with a spoon. Peel the fruit and cut it into cubes as well.
  3. Mix everything in a large bowl, stir with the dressing and let it steep for about an hour.
  4. The salad is very fruity, refreshing and wonderful for the hot season. When eaten with rice, it also makes a wonderful main course.
