• 1 small mango (s)
• 2 stems mint
• 100 ml passion fruit syrup
• 100 ml aperitif wine (Lillet)
• 750 ml Prosecco

Instructions

1. Cut the mango from the stone. Peel and dice the pulp. Wash the mint, pat dry, pluck the leaves off. Divide the syrup, mint, mango cubes and ice cubes in 4 glasses. Top up with Lillet and Prosecco.
