Instructions

  1. Cut the mango into small pieces. Puree with kefir, sugar, 3 tablespoons lemon juice and melted flakes.
  2. Put 3 tablespoons of lemon juice on a plate. Put the colored sugar on a second plate. Dip the edge of the glass first in the juice and then in the sugar. Shake, fill the glass and serve with a drinking straw and the lime wedges.
