Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes. Cut the pulp from the fibrous stone and roughly dice. Puree the mango cubes and half of the orange juice in a tall mixing bowl. Stir in the remaining juice. Add honey to taste.
  2. Divide the smoothie into four glasses. Stir the yogurt until smooth and put a dollop on each of the smoothies before serving.
