Instructions

  1. Whisk the lime zest and lime juice well in the blender. Peel the mango. Cut the pulp from the stone and dice. Add to the lime mixture.
  2. Then add the orange juice, yogurt and wheat germ. Whisk everything well in the mixer.
  3. Fill the mango smoothie into four glasses and garnish with citrus wedges.
