Instructions

  1. Dice the mango, orange and avocado and place in the blender with the spinach and ginger. Pour in the still water and mix until you have a creamy smoothie.
  2. Fill into 4 large glasses (or 4 green 330 ml bottles) and enjoy.
  3. Delicious for breakfast or as a small snack.
  4. When filled in bottles, the smoothie can also be stored in the refrigerator for a good 1 day.
  5. A small note on the side: I only use organic fruits and vegetables.
