Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions. For the Q Rice, you need one cup of boiling water for each cup of rice. The good thing about Q Rice is that you don`t have to wash it beforehand.
  2. While the rice is cooking, you can cut the mango into small pieces or strips. You can also bring the coconut milk to a simmer on medium level. Be careful to stir the milk constantly, otherwise it will curdle. Now add the sweetener and salt as needed and remove the pot from the stove.
  3. Then pour about 200 ml of the coconut milk over the warm rice and mix the two ingredients in the pot. Let the rice steep for about five minutes, until it reaches a sticky and creamy consistency.
  4. Arrange the rice with the mango on a plate and pour the remaining coconut milk over the rice.
