Instructions

  1. Clean the strawberries, put some nice ones aside for decoration and cut into small cubes. Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and also dice.
  2. Soak gelatin. Finely crumble the ladyfingers and mix with the melted butter. Press the mixture into a springform pan lined with baking paper.
  3. Mix the yogurt, cream cheese and lemon juice evenly. Squeeze out the gelatine and heat it with the water and sugar until the gelatine has dissolved. Then stir quickly into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cream on the bottom of the springform pan and spread the chopped fruit on top. Then put the rest of the cream on top.
  5. Put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  6. Remove the cake from the mold and decorate with strawberry halves and pistachios.
