Peel the mango, carefully remove from the stone with a knife. Slice. Halve tomatoes and cut into slices. Also cut the mozzarella into slices. Arrange the mango, tomatoes and mozzarella alternately in a brick-like manner on a flat plate. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and drizzle with a teaspoon over the tomatoes and mozzarella. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
