Peel the mangoes, cut off the flesh and finely puree with the hand blender.
Remove some of the milk and stir the vanilla pudding powder and sugar in it until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and cook for a minute while stirring.
Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the quark until it is smooth.
Now take four beautiful glasses and alternately pour in the mango puree and pudding-quark mixture.
Depending on how ripe and sweet the mangoes are, the sugar can be varied.
