Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Bring to the boil with the sugar and a little vinegar (approx. 50 ml) and simmer for approx. 15 minutes until soft.
  2. Then pass the mixture through a sieve and fill up with the rest of the vinegar.
  3. The vinegar can be kept for about 1/2 year.
  4. Tastes great with walnut oil in a salad. Add a few walnuts and fresh parsley to make a great salad sauce.
