- Cut the mango into 2 pieces. Cut one half into small cubes and set aside. Puree the other half with the sugar, vanilla sugar, yoghurt and lemon juice.
- Stir the sour cream until creamy and mix with the mango cream.
- Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the cream with the remaining mango pieces.
- Put the cream in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
