Instructions

  1. Cut the mango into 2 pieces. Cut one half into small cubes and set aside. Puree the other half with the sugar, vanilla sugar, yoghurt and lemon juice.
  2. Stir the sour cream until creamy and mix with the mango cream.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the cream with the remaining mango pieces.
  4. Put the cream in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
