Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Then puree with lemon juice and 1 tablespoon mango syrup.
Mix the sugar, yoghurt and the remaining 2 teaspoons of syrup together.
Crumble 2 amarettini into a glass, then add 50 g yoghurt to each. Layer 2 tablespoons of mango puree on each of the yoghurt and crumble 2 biscuits on top. Spread the rest of the yoghurt on top and top with the rest of the mango puree.
