Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the stone. Put some of the mango pieces aside as decoration, put the main amount in a blender and chop for just a few seconds. Add the yogurt and quark and mix briefly. Add the honey and stir. Pour the mango quark into bowls or glasses, place the crunchy muesli on top and decorate with the mango pieces.
If you get flight mangoes, you may not need any additional honey, as the flight mangoes usually have enough fruit sweetness.
