Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut the pulp from the stone. Then cut the lemon in half and pour the juice of one half into a bowl. Add cane sugar, powdered sugar, yoghurt and mango and mix everything well until you have an even mixture. Fill into 2 glasses. To decorate, add a lemon wedge to each of the glasses and serve with a straw.
