Mango Yogurt with Cranberries and Chopped Pistachios

Instructions
Peel and core the mango. Cut a quarter of it into cubes, puree the rest. Mix the mango puree, honey, yoghurt and mango cubes and chill. Garnish the yogurt with the cranberries and chopped pistachios before eating.
