Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Cut the onions into small pieces and sweat in olive oil until translucent. Add the minced meat to the onions in the pan and fry well.
  2. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into small cubes and mix with the finely chopped parsley in a bowl with salt. Peel the garlic and press into the yoghurt, season with a little salt.
  3. Fill four plates with noodles, spread the minced meat mixture over them, then the garlic yoghurt and the tomato salad on top. Then heat the butter in a small pan, briefly fry the paprika and spoon over the plates.
  4. Tastes particularly light in summer and is refreshing, as it is already lukewarm thanks to the yogurt and tomato salad.
