- Puree the strawberries, raspberries, powdered sugar and orange juice, season to taste and perfume with kirsch.
- Whip the natural yoghurt, vanilla pulp, sugar and lemon juice for 5 minutes until frothy. Fold in the mascarpone with the quark.
- Layer the red and white mousse alternately in glasses. Then carefully spiral through with a fork.
