Mix the garlic, olive oil, herbs and lemon juice together well. Season the marinade with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drain the artichokes from the jar and add them to the marinade along with the finely diced bell pepper. Marinate the artichokes in the refrigerator for a few hours.
These marinated artichokes go very well with a Mediterranean buffet!
Tip: You can also use TK-8 herb mixtures for the marinade as an alternative.
