Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken or turkey meat into bite-sized pieces. Mix the soy sauce with the vinegar, oil, honey and sambal oelek. Mix with the meat in a sealable can. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours - but preferably overnight.
  2. Clean the vegetables, cut the zucchini and mushrooms into large cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Stick with the marinated meat on skewers (there should be at least two pieces of vegetables on a piece of meat). Cook in a pan in a little fat or on the grill on both sides.
  3. Makes about 12 skewers.
