Bring the ketchup, honey, oil, soy sauce and chili sauce to the boil. Place the poultry pieces (of your choice) in a lightly greased dish and brush with the hot sauce. Line the gaps with the potatoes cut into cubes. Also spread the garlic cubes, onion cubes and herbs loosely around the meat and drizzle with the oil. Place the tin in the oven and cook for 60 minutes.
Gradually pour in the poultry stock (between 200 and 400 ml) and brush the meat with the remaining sauce. Whole tomatoes seasoned with thyme can also be cooked for the last 15 minutes.
