Refine the Sangrita with honey, soy sauce and lemon juice to taste. Cut the onion, garlic, ginger, rosemary and chillies into small pieces and add to the liquid. Then season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika, add the prawns and marinate in them covered for at least four hours.
Put the marinated prawns with the sauce in a large pan and heat slowly.
Chinese noodles also taste good, but spaghetti is also very good as a side dish.
