• 2 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon Tabasco
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients well except for the eggs and stir into a sauce until the sugar is dissolved. Put two half eggs per serving in small bowls and spread the sauce over them.
2. The eggs should marinate in this for at least 3 hours (occasionally turning) before they are served.
