Divide the goat cheese into 4 portions, mix the vinegar, oil and spices well (you can also whip with the milk frother) and pour on the cheese, leave to soak for at least an hour. Then let the marinated cheese become lukewarm for about 15 minutes in a lukewarm oven (at a maximum of 100 °).
Finely chop the coriander greens, quarter the pears and remove the core, but do not peel them !! and then cut into fine cubes.
Arrange the cheese on four plates, pour the chopped coriander leaves over the top and pour the pears over the cheese.
