Rinse 2 cans of kidney beans briefly and then drain. Arrange in a shallow bowl or a higher plate. Whisk the oil, vinegar and sugar (do not add salt or other spices) well together and then stir in the crushed, fresh garlic. Pour this dressing over the beans before serving.
