Drain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices. Peel the garlic.
Mix vinegar with honey, mustard, salt and pepper to a marinade and drizzle over the cheese. The cheese should steep for at least 30 minutes. Press the garlic over the cheese or stir into the marinade. Wash, quarter and dice tomatoes. Halve the avocado, stone, peel, dice, drizzle with lemon. Wash the lettuce, cut into strips. Arrange strips on a platter, place cheese on top, sprinkle with tomato and avocado cubes.
Drizzle over the marinade (remaining) and olive oil. Sprinkle again lightly with salt and pepper. Wash and cut the dill and sprinkle over the lettuce.
