- Clean the mushrooms, do not wash them. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
- Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, honey and the spices. Add the garlic and mushrooms, stir everything and marinate for at least 4 hours.
- A freezer bag is best for marinating, as you can almost completely squeeze out the air and soak the marinade in better.
- Remove the mushrooms from the marinade and grill in an aluminum dish for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
