Instructions

  1. Cut the small onion into half rings and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Sear the marinated neck steaks briefly and spicy on both sides at high heat. Then first place on a plate and set aside. Put the hotplate on medium heat.
  3. Sweat half the onion rings and the garlic in the remaining frying fat while stirring. Stir the remaining marinade from the packaging into the onions (makes about one tablespoon) and fry a little. Deglaze with the cream and stir in well. Loosen the roast with the wooden spoon. Let the cream simmer and place the steaks in the sauce.
  4. If you now try the sauce, you will find that it still tastes very creamy. Therefore, let the sauce with the steaks simmer (approx. 5 minutes), stirring occasionally, until a creamy sauce is created through the reduction in liquid. Then the spices of the marinade also come into their own. Re-seasoning is not necessary.
  5. We also had homemade potato noodles and a salad.
