Instructions

  1. First wash the meat, pat dry and cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices.
  2. Mix all ingredients to a marinade and let the steaks steep in the refrigerator for at least 24, preferably 48 hours.
  3. Grill for about 7 minutes on each side.
  4. This goes well with salad, rice and beans.
