- Mix the marinade of oil, herbs and spices in a square bowl / dish that is as flat as possible.
- Boil the potatoes in their skins, then let them cool. Halve the potatoes, turn them in the marinade and then put them in. Let it steep overnight.
- The marinated halves can then be grilled crispy and warm on the grill (preferably on aluminum foil).
