Wash the prawns and pat dry. Wash the parsley, shake dry and roughly chop. Peel the garlic and chop in to fine slithers. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic until translucent. Add the prawns and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice.
Drain and drain the pasta. Mix with prawns, chopped parsley and oil. Arrange the prawns and noodles on serving plates and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
