- Peel the garlic cloves and onions, cut into slices. Cut the chiles lengthways, core and wash, then dice. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Rinse the sprigs of herbs and pat dry.
- Layer all ingredients except the olive oil in a glass, pour the olive oil over it and let it steep for at least 3 days.
- The marinade does not have to be discarded, it is well suited for salad dressings or for marinating meat.
